Apartments Residenza Katinanna

We were two families, 9 people. The owners of Katinanna were very easy to deal with when booking our rooms and we were warmly greeted on our arrival. Katinanna is located close to the centre of Alleghe and a 3 minute easy walk to the ski lifts. The apartments were well equipped and the rooms were nice. The view of the mountains and the lake were inspiring. We found our stay at Katinanna very pleasant and comfortable and recommend a stay there to others.

We found this apartment with two bedrooms very comfortable, very well organized and almost perfectly clean. The furniture is a little bit older and some knife in the kitchen could be a little bit sharper but this wasn’t the point. We stayed all day on the ski slopes, which are really good, especially for children. From the apartment it is a 10 minutes' walk to the ski lift. The car park is across the street.
We enjoyed the week and maybe will come to the Katinanna apartments again.

My family of 4 (two teen girls) loved this apartment and Alleghe!
We stayed in the 3rd floor, 2 bedroom apartment for 3 weeks. We had everything we needed. When an appliance stopped, it was replaced immediately. The apartment is in a great location to town, and lake. We had beautiful lake and mountain views. The parking was very convenient. We felt like Alleghe was very centrally located to many fabulous climbs, hikes and ferrata! Tomaselli was our favorite :)

I fairly recommend these apartments - always clean and very comfortable, fully equipped and close to the skilift and the city center, with beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. There's no better place in Alleghe :)

We stayed in Katinanna apartment in January 2014 and we loved it. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to town main square and only 10 minutes walk from the gondola which is a definite selling point when travelling with 2 small children. It is very spacious and comfortable, with a big ski room in the basement, (big enough for all the skis, ski boots, sled and stroller). The furniture is a bit older but everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. The hosts are great, they responded to all my e-mails and requests right away. Also upon arrival they gave us all the necessary information and were available on the cellphone for all the extra questions. People in the town and on the slopes were super friendly and helpful. The slopes are very well maintained and a real pleasure to ski. Ski schools and playground on the snow are also really good and well organised. I would definitely recommend Alleghe and apartment Katinanna to anyone travelling with children and looking for a comfortable accommodation in a good location. We will definitely be coming back.

When we come to Alleghe, we were extraordinary surprised with beautiful small town and comfortable accommodation in Katinanna house although we had collected many information from the web site before. Apartments are well organized and equipped with all necessary devices, so you feel at home. Besides, Alleghe is positioned very suitable for mountaineers, you can reach almost all of amazing destinations in just 1 hour drive. So, we strongly recommend this town and Katinanna house for all mountaineers! Moreover, we recommend Dolomiti region as mountaineers’ paradise. We will come back for sure…

We were very satisfied. Our holidays in Katinanna apartments was amazing and unforgettable. Alleghe is a very nice place. No any other need.

We are a family with three teenagers and stayed at the apartment at the end of September. We enjoyed greatly our stay, although it was rainy one day. In fact, when it was rainy, and we had to stay at home, the apartment's convenience was even more important than when one only sleeps in it. In particular, we appreciated the kitchen equipment, which included every tool we needed to cook real homely meals, as we like to do in our trips. Everything was perfectly clean and pleasant to use. The Alleghe village is highly peaceful, with convenient supermarket, tourist information office, and book shop (which is recommended for buying maps). The building is right on the main road, but this was not a problem, except for special care that should be taken when going in and out. The parking is 2 minutes walk away from the building. It was not a problem for us. It should be noted that the apartment includes no consumables (tea, coffee, soap, dish sponge, etc.) and no information regarding possible attractions, routes or maps.

Although the title looks like a marketing motto, this apartment house really felt like coming back home after each day's outing. The apartment for 6 is spacious enough to accommodate 6 grown-ups without anyone stepping on other's toes, you get a very nice view of the Alleghe lake (not more than 30 meters away) from the balcony, and storage room for 4 bicycles (or many pairs of skis and boots) included. The house is 50m from the centre of Alleghe, which is ideal for hiking (you can walk all the way up to Civetta straight from the house in a few hours, depending on how fast you are), cycling (Passo Giau, Fedaia, Falzarego, Staulanza are all directly accessible, and from there you have further choices) or skiing in winter (the Alleghe gondola is maybe 200 meters from the house and from there the whole Civetta ski resort is accessible). Recommended for anyone that wants to enjoy and explore Dolomiti whether on a bike, walking, or on skis.

We spent a wonderful week in Alleghe. The flat position and equipment was ok. We were fully satisfied. No any other need. We are to come again next year.
